This 70 cup silicone mini muffin pan is a versatile solution for your bakery or commercial kitchen.

This commercial silicone mini muffin pan can be used in the oven, freezer, or refrigerator for baking, making chocolates or candy, or various other uses. Its natural non-stick properties eliminate the need to grease the sides, and foods hold shape better after release! Cleanup is a breeze, too; simply wipe down with a sponge or hot water, or throw it in the dishwasher!

Each 70 cup silicone mini muffin pan is good for up to 5,000 uses, and has a temperature range of -40 to 580 degrees Fahrenheit.

This mini muffin pan is designed to be used on top of a full size sheet pan. In a convection oven, placement in the middle of the oven is recommended. In a standard oven, placement toward the back of the oven is best.

Grease the mold with a little butter or oil for the first use. Subsequent use of butter or oil is unnecessary.

If not using all cavities when baking, put a small amount of flour in the empty cavities to avoid damaging the mold.
