These 7.75" long Bio-Straw jumbo wrapped biodegradable straws are an environmentally-friendly alternative to regular plastic straws! By using them along with other environmentally friendly green products, you'll be helping the environment, as well as showing your customers that you care!
These biodegradable straws utilize a special, oxo-biodegradable technology that causes a two-step degradation process to begin. First, the plastic in these straws will begin to oxidize into small fragments upon exposure to heat or sunlight. Then, these small fragments will begin to biodegrade / decompose when in the presence of micro-organisms, moisture, and oxygen.
These jumbo wrapped biodegradable straws have a diameter of 0.219", which is best suited for drinks like milk, water, juice, tea, and soda. There are 500 straws per box.
