Utensils with wooden handles are not dishwasher safe; exposure to hot water can cause the wood to warp or splinter. These items should be hand washed and dried thoroughly. For optimal results, use a wood conditioner periodically to prolong the life of the wood.

This scraper is an indispensable tool in our kitchen. We use it to of course cut and manage dough when making bagels but it also works well on our cast iron griddle to push heavy mountains of potatoes around when we make home fries. It's also very useful to clean up our counters after making anything that sticks to the surfaces. It's extremely well made, It's thick, sturdy, and easy to clean.

I bought this dough scraper for use with making bread. However I now also use it to slice foods and to scoop the contents from the cutting board into a pan for cooking. It is cheap enough to buy even if you are not sure you would use it often.

Nice and sturdy bench scraper for any of my needs. Typically I run it around the side of my cake in case the angle of my spatula was off and it helps create a smooth finish.

Awesome cutter for cookie dough! As we do a lot of cooking in our home the cutter comes in handy and had a sturdy wood handle. Easy to clean and use.

It is a good bench scaper. Sturdy and does its job. This cuts, trims and scrapes the pastry and dough off the work bench well.

This is a great, sturdy dough cutter. It comes in handy all the time...cleaning up my work station, slicing candies, trimming pasta dough, getting dough out of those stubborn areas between tiles on my counter, and of course just cutting bread dough. Essential kitchen tool and a great value for the quality.

we don't use this as a dough cutter or scrapper, we use it to cut our wraps and our chickens up for the salads, that's what I would recommend this item for.

I like this scraper quite a bit. The wood handle is easy to hold, and the blade works really well. A good deal and a great tool.

I previously bought a plastic dough scraper so I could smooth off the sides of my cake but found that something more sturdy would be better for me. This was the perfect scraper. The handle is securely held on and its fairly priced

I'm very pleased with this purchase. The dough cutter is great whenever I use it to cut/scrape the dough. I will make more purchases! :)

Making a pie or kneading dough is better done with a scraper. This scraper has a wooden handle which feels better than the steel ones. The palm-sized cutter is good for its usability, storage, and price-point. One can use it to cut cooked pizza too.

My bench scraper is my best friend. If this tells you anything, I even named mine. My Franklin is so helpful in the kitchen, the best part is the perfectly straight 90 degree edges on both sides. Perfect for smoothing cakes and dividing dough! :)

A good tool that comes in very handy. The handle is substantial enough for a firm grip and the blade thin enough for a little flexibility. The tool cuts cleanly and easily and as a scraper it cleans smoothly without digging into the counter surface.

I bought this bench scraper with the purpose of using it to ice cakes smooth. It really does its job. It don't have a big handle so make it every light weigh and easy to use.

I use this for multiple purposes. Primarily to scrape vegetables of my cutting board into a hot skillet to sautee. I will definitely recommend it.

A bench scraper is a bakery must have. From cutting fondant to scraping your work table to smoothing the sides of a wedding cake. This is a very versatile tool to have.

Phenomenal cutter and scraper - it is always on the bench when I am working with tacky dough or otherwise hard to handle ingredients. Wood has slightly dried out after repeated dish washing however it still works just fine!
