This is easily by favorite dough cutter that I've bought from webstaurant, simply because I like the wooden handle. It's easy to clean, a good price, and works very well.

Great tool. They are perfect for cutting dough and scooping up pizza dough. We even use them for scraping and cleaning up the cutting boards on our pizza prep tables. They have lasted almost 10 years! No complaints here!!

These scrapers are great for many things! We use them to mix dough on the table, scrape fondant and other things off the counters, and for smoothing frosting on cakes!

I bought this to compare with the Mercer. This one was nearly 10x cheaper. For working with dough, I like it better than the heavier Mercer. I'll probably pick up a few of these in the next order. Still very strong and sturdy, just lighter and easier to use.

I personally prefer the dough scrapers with wooden handles as opposed to the plastic/resin handled ones. They just feel better in the hand and I've had them for years without any issue or wearing issues. This is an insanely low price for these so I picked up a couple as soon as I saw them.

This is the best dough cutter I've used in a long time. I love that it has rivets in the handle, super sturdy. Excellent quality for an amazing price.

This is thinner than I like. It works great as a scraper, but I have trouble using it to cut 1lb blocks of butter, which is one of the reasons I bought it. Over all, an okay product.

This is a nice dough scraper but with its edge can be used also as a cutter and with the wooden handle works great would buy again

It makes it a little easier to cut your dough in even pieces and can be use as a scraper too. Handy and you don't have to use your hands to cut the dough.

I use this to scrape out the freezers. That is all that it is used for but it does a great job. The handle has held up well to washing as well.

Works awesome to scrape dough out of trays not so much as a cutter wish there was a holster for this as I constantly lose it

    from froggys deli Posted on

Dough scrapers are a must have in the kitchen, the wooden handle on this one makes for a good grip and feel to the scraper.

This dough cutter/scraper is a great bargain very stiff blade on it nice wooden handle works great to scrape off your griddle in your restaurant

from Place to be Bistro Posted on

These are great for cutting in butter to pastry dough. I was worried because I used softer gripped ones in the past and was afraid these would be too harsh on my hands during repeated use, but I don't notice a difference. Don't let them soak in the sink as the wood handles don't appreciate prolonged exposure to water!
