Pretty decent scrapper, but the un sealed wood worries me a bit. It is rather splintery, but we will see over time. The metal is great and smooth.

This dough scraper does exactly what it needs to. The handle is comfortable and has a nice finish on it. I've used it a few times now and am very happy with it.

I have this scrapper as well as the other one that I reviewed and I definitely like the other one better. The metal piece is thicker on this one which is a bit of a problem when I go to clean a table, it digs into the wood more. Also, the wooden handle is nice but it holds onto debris more than the plastic handle.

I have a cast iron griddle for my grill that I scrape after each use. Decided to order this scraper after breaking my trusty spatula. Works great. Easy to handle and clean afterwards. Now I need to find a new spatula!

This is a time saver when i use it cut cinnamon rolls and marshmallows. Nice, swift cuts and they come out looking perfect. The wooden handle gives it a good grip if you happen to have wet handles. great tool!

We use this for both its names, cutter and scraper. We have 4 of them and 2 are for cutting and 2 for scraping. Our cutters we use to portion out our dough, it is easy with a solid study core. Our scrapers are in two places, one on our griddle, makes for a wonderful scraper and the other for cleaning, especially our Dough Mixer, since it is stationary that little scraper gets into all the nooks and crannies.

We are happy with this cutter and scraper. It is easy to clean. The handle is comfortable. It does its job just fine. We would recommend.

This bench scraper is sturdy. I use it to divide bread dough, pie crusts and cookie dough. It cuts through them easily but I prefer not to frost cakes with it as it's is heavier than other bench scrapers.

We use these all the time very sturdy picks up foods very well ,to chop just put little more pressure on it could be little more sharper but I can do that

I use this to measure out my butter from the one pound block. It's really easy to use because of the wood edge. You can use it to cut up other things as well.

If you are making bread of any kind and do not have one of these, do yourself a favor and buy one. You can pay more for one but it is not necessary, and you will wonder how you managed without one for so long.

Stand by bench scraper. This thing performance consistently and will last for quite some time. Love the look of the wood handle. Elegant and stylish.

This is a nice solid bench scraper. Good price, good value. I like the wooden handle over plastic, because when working with buttery doughs the plastic handle can get very slippery.

This dough scraper / cutter has more of a classic look to it. it gets the job done and is well worth the money paid.

A must have item in the bakery. Price cannot be beat. Some sites charge more for this. Great value for us.

I already own a branded dough scraper but I like this simple well-made scraper better because it doesn't have an edge where food might get stuck. I also prefer the wood handle. The scraper is great to cut cinnamon roll logs and bar cookies, and to scrape veggies.

This cutter works great for slicing pizzas especially if you are making them for customers (ie. making a lot of them.) I have owned it for 2 months now and it is still working like a charm.

We purchased these for our pizza restaurant and we are very happy with them. They are sturdy and they seem like they will hold up. They also were pretty inexpensive, so that's a plus!

OK, I use these all the time, continually through out the work day. I use them for scrapping the griddle and for chopping meat and mixing veggies with it.

I've been looking for one of these for ages! I make homemade bread and it is great for cutting the dough and lifting it to the pan. Another use I found for it is when I've chopped a lot of veggies I can scoop them up and into the stirfry much easier. And the price? I saw a cheap plastic one recently that cost twice what this wood and metal one did. WTG Webstaurantstore.com!!!

I use this constantly for scraping up doughs, cutting brownies and for scooping up rolled out cookies after they are cut. It's a great length for working with dough.

I make a lot of pies and breads and use this for cutting pastry or dough. I also use them to scrape the counter top after I've rolled out pastry dough.

Great tool for the bakery! Love this scraper because of its clean even edge, and the handle is super nice. The weight is great too. We are really happy with this product.

The 6" x 3" cutter / scraper is made well and works great the blade is rigid and the handle makes it easy to use.
Bruce N. from Ranch House Kitchen Posted on 07/23/2011
What a great value!! I use this scrapper for just about everything. It's a must when I'm baking breads, but I also use it when transferring chopped veggies from cutting board to the pan.
Jon J. Posted on 04/01/2011
I had originally purchased an all-stainless scraper that was only 4" wide. These are far superior, by 2" and a wooden handle! Durable and built to last. I have a hunch I'll be passing these on to my children some day.
Matthew G. Posted on 01/02/2011
Durable and attractive. Everyone in my staff has one. The usefulness of this product knows no limits. The versatility and value of this item has made it a must have.
