This dough docker contains 6 individual wheels with 1/2" plastic points. Each wheel spins independently, piercing the dough to prevent bubbles from forming to create the perfect pizza crust. The wheels on this dough docker can be removed via nut and washer at the end of the barrel for thorough cleaning. It is 2 1/4" long x 3 1/2" wide.

    This is a good tool for making sure you do not get excessive bubbles in your pizza dough. A must have for freshly made pizza.

    This is a great, heavy duty dough docker. It is heavy, rolls easily and does the job without punching holes through the dough. Great for making pizza.
