This is an affordable thermometer, but i wouldn't recommend for high use. Mine broke very quickly. The backs like to break off. Would be good for back ups though, the health depart. likes seeing lots of thermometers.

Purchased 6" Digital Probe Thermometer after multiple failed attempts using a regular probe thermometer. This works fantastic! Turn it on, slide it in your meat, and within seconds you get your temperature! Perfect!

Thermometer is a good value. The readout is clear and the functionality works fine. The only caution is if you drop them. One drop and they are dead.

I use this thermometer during my cooking class all the time. My students always ask where I got it at, it fits great in my chef coat pocket.

This is a must have for any cook. Gives a very accurate temp and is easily readable. They also seem to last for a fairly long time.

A handy tool to have around. Since it's digital, I appreciated that it came with not only one battery, but also a spare. Takes fairly quick readings in C or F. A good value.

Very good thermometer at a value price. You can buy more expensive thermometers but this one suites the needs of our commercial kitchen and we use it daily.

For the price they seem to do the job. I personal prefer the ones that register a near instant reading, but at the rate my employees break them, these fit the bill.

It worked great to test the water for yeast. It helped me to test the water at the right temp. Easier to use than the normal thermometer. I would recommend it to anyone.

I WAS A LITTLE LEARY OF GETTING A DIGITAL THERMOMETER BUT THIS ONE HAS BEEN VERY ACCURATE EASY CLEAN AND ITS REACTION TIME IS VERY QUICK.
