Constructed entirely of 18-8 stainless steel, this 5/8 oz. #50 round disher has a squeeze handle design that allows you to use your whole hand instead of just your thumb to activate the blade. This cuts down on fatigue with extended periods of use. The blade extends beyond the bowl to prevent sticking and it is for use with either left or right hand. It has a bowl diameter of 1-9/16" and an overall length of 7-7/8".

    My favorite size for making huge chocolate chip cookies and for dishing cupcake and muffin batter into tins! Easy to clean, great price for good quality and extremely sturdy. I would like one in every size!
