Using a mixing bowl and a paddle, place cookie mix into the bowl. Start mixer on a low speed then add 9 oz. of water and allow it to mix in. Once all of the water is evenly mixed in, the dough is completed. This should take approximately 1 minute. Be careful not to over mix.
Next, form a log/snake about 1” in diameter, then cut the snake into 1 1/2” long increments (1 oz. pieces). Round the cut pieces into a ball and place onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Flatten each ball of dough slightly. This will give you a 3” - 3 1/4” finished cookie.

I bought this mix to make Christmas cookies..it couldn't be any easier, add some raisins, the liquid and bake! Nothing could be easier I might even try butterscotch chips in a few! Yum!

I tried this, and while its ok, I think I would still rather bake from scratch. This can save you time in a pinch though.

We used this for making oatmeal raisin cookies by adding a cup of raisins per 1 pound of mix. Then used the mix for oat bran muffins. It has a slight aftertaste but overall not bad.

This is a good quality, versatile cookie mix that makes a good oatmeal cookie. I added melted butter in the water for a bit more flavor. The spice combination is really tasty. I have also used as a topping on apple crisps and apple tarts.

I was surprisingly disappointed in this mix. It is easy, but I did not like the cookie enough to sell it in the shop. Even when I played with it to enhance it, I still wouldn't re-order.

A very tasty oatmeal cookie. Very good when you add raisins to it for the classic oatmeal raisin cookie. It's also great used as the crust of a fruit pizza.

These are easy and quick to make. I am making them for teacher treats for my kids school. I've made several batches using many different add ins and they all taste great. I highly recommend these if you need something quick or are making in mass quantity. If not just make a small batch for yourself. Quality cookie. I did scoop them with a cookie scoop and flatten them to bake.

When it comes to oatmeal cookies I am a bit of a connoisseur. There is nothing like a good oatmeal cookie and this mix makes the best. When it comes time for cookie making around the holidays, this is the mix I use.

These oatmeal cookies are really delicious. Our customers at the restaurant love them and so do my kids. You can put raisins, nuts and even chocolate chips in them.

Heavens, what did I do wrong. I only wanted to make a 1lb. batch so I add 1.8oz of water. dough seemed a little to dry,but I mixed it together. I didn't cut in log form, but did my usual scoops. I baked at 375 for 12min.came out rounded, puffy, and dry. I am stumped. I ordered the choc chip and brownie mix and I am afraid to try these now.

These were better then any made from scratch recipe I have tried, light, moist & delicious. We added Chocolate Chips and a few walnuts and everyone loved them. We made a test batch, just 8oz of mix with 2tbs of water & they were perfect (made 6 cookies)!

This cookie mix is great. The cookies taste just like the ones made from scratch. I like to put chocolate chip in the dough and create chocolate chip cookies or put some fruit on top. My family, friend and clients are just loving them.
