Great little spinner. This salad spinner has held up to high volume abuse, we serve over 600 meals a day 365. We spin all of our lettuce, the break helps maintain efficiency, no more waiting for the drum to slow down.

Every kitchen must have one of these. It is very easy to fill with lots of fresh greens for quick and easy cleaning. Good for washing leeks and swiss chard too.

This spinner is excellent for the chain i am in. We do prep every morning and this saves me so much time from the small spinner we used to have. The hose is a nice addition as well.

Working on banquets we have large parties getting salads all the time. This makes washing all the lettuce super fast and super easy. Its perfect.

This unit works great spinning the water out of salads. We used to use a perforated tub and allow gravity to remove water. This works much better and is well worth the investment.

Absolutely amazing. It's not cheap, but when you break it down, you're saving so much on your labor! I have a restaurant that is totally based on what foods are local and seasonal, so when we get a lot of produce in all at once, processing and cleaning times are cut by 75% with this bad boy!

This is a great Item.It dries the lettuce very well. The brake is wonderful. It is very durable. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
