The 5.5 quart Lincoln Wear-Ever H4345 1/2 HardCoat aluminum sauce pan is ideal for those restaurants, caterers, and food services that require and demand a tough, durable pan. This pan is great for stewing, boiling, and braising.

Each Lincoln Wear-Ever HardCoat sauce pan is constructed of a dent-resistant 3004 series aluminum base, which is united with an anodized surface to create a hardened, non-porous and non-reactive surface for superior heat conductivity and strength.

These elite sauce pans are 400% harder than aluminum and are known for their incredible strength. They are also scratch resistant and have superior warp resistance over natural aluminum. Whatever the use, these pans are sure to last.

A tapered sauce pan is ideal for cooking at lower temperatures for a longer time, because the smaller bottom diameter allows for less heat exposure. The flared sides of the pan also allows for good stirring action.

Each sauce pan comes with a cool-to-touch Cool Handle grip for ultimate protection and comfort.
