The Hatco GRAH-48 48" Glo-Ray infrared strip warmer keeps hot foods at optimum serving temperatures. Foods placed under the GRAH-48 Glo-Ray infrared strip warmer do not dry out or become discolored; even the most delicate dishes hold that "just prepared" look. The pre-focused heat pattern on the GRAH-48 Glo-Ray infrared strip warmer directs heat from a metal- sheathed element to bathe the entire holding surface. The GRAH-48 Glo-Ray infrared strip warmer is made of solid aluminum, so there is no risk of this foodwarmer "sagging" in the middle. There is no electrical lead included with the GRAH-48 Glo-Ray infrared strip warmer; because of that, this unit will need to be wired into a power source. The overall dimensions of the GRAH-48 Glo-Ray infrared strip warmer are 48"W x 6"D x 2 1/2"H, and it is 120V and 1100W. The warranty on the GRAH-48 Glo-Ray infrared strip warmer is two years against burnout and breaking, on the metallic elements.
