I love using this solid portion spoon for dishing up the right amount of soup from a steam table without a ladle. It helps when there is a shelf above the steam table.

This four ounce spoodle gives every customer the right amount on their plate. And more importantly it helps you give each customer the same amount.

These Spoodles are GREAT! We are able to more accurately dispense an equal portion on every plate, so this helps us control our food cost by not over dispensing or under dispensing and upsetting our customers! LOVE the plastic handles which help prevent burns.
