I know that the intended use of this is to put between patties but I found out that they make using the burger press way more efficient if you press the patty directly on these papers. Then, lift the paper and pile them up in a plate.

I use these Patty Papers for my hamburgers (of course) and also for setting my fondant decorations on when I'm setting them up to dry. Perfect size for most of the fondant toppers I do for cupcakes.... :-)

These patty papers are nice to have when making your burgers. Good for frezzing and storing any meat.very happy and they are so much better then others i have bought.

The 4 3/4" x 5" Patty Paper. It is great for deviding up my hambugar patties. I freeze them and can take out what I need each time.

These papers are great for when you plan to make your own burger patties and freeze them! Great for freshly made vegetarian patties! Great size!!

These a great for separating meat patties. It is so much to buy too. Save yourself the trouble because patties tend to stick to each other if you freeze it.

Purchased these to go along with the patty press I bought on this site. Great for separating homemade burgers when freezing. I also use them as spoon/utensil rests while cooking to keep my counters clean.

Nice little patty papers with a good was coating on one side. If you get the wax side down then they do not stick to frozen meat. If you get the unwaxed side against the meat, be prepared to pull of bits if you freeze.

these have a ton of uses besides using to seperate hamburger patties. i also use them to seperate tuna steak portions and other prep items.

The Patty Paper is great for deviding food for freezing .I use mmmine for my hambuger patty's It is pre cut 4 3/4x5" of wax paper.Great.

These nifty papers are useful for more than hamburger patty separation. Hubby makes 6 - 8 eggs at a time for homemade breakfast egg (English)muffins, and separates the eggs with these patties before refrigerating. They don't stick, stay fresh.

A good quality patty paper at the right price. Great for hand formed or a patty maker. Use it for seperating cheese, pastries, cookies, etc. A lot of uses in the kitchen. Great for microwaving jumbo pretzels too, keep the gunk off the bottom of your microwave.

Patty papers work great. we use them for burgers and sausage patties. When using them for freezing we have found that papering each side of patty works best.

Great paper for hamburger seperation these papers come in handy for any frozen items also you may create in your kitchen. we use them for ice cream cookies also
