This is a great large brush to cook with. I like using it to evenly apply butter to pastries and baste BBQ sauce on ribs.

What can I say it's a pastry brush. I use it to clean out my coffee grinder. Size and price is right. Need to pick up some extras next order.

Overall the quality of these brushes is not worth saving a few dollars. The bristles start coming out not long after initial use and cause customers to think hair is in the product.

I like the width of this brush. My only complaint would be that I was constantly picking bristles off of the cake. If the bristles were more secure, I would have given this brush a higher rating.

This brush is high quality and a great value from Webstaurant. I love this brush and have reserved it specifically for bread basting. I use it to brush loaves with water before baking and then to brush them with melted butter when they come out of the oven. I'm sure it has many other uses as well. I am very pleased with the quality of this brush.

This is a good product overall. It serves its purpose well. The only complaint is that after moderate to heavy usage, the brisels fall out quite easily. Must handle with care-
