A stainless steel shredding disc that is used with Hobart mixers, meat choppers, grinders and power drives. This disc can be easily installed and removed from the disc holder, and it has 3/32" shredding holes.

This attachment can be used with Hobart and other mixers, meat choppers, food cutters and power drives with a #12 power take-off hub. NSF listed.

Not compatible with Hobart Legacy series Mixers.
There might be variances between OEM specifications and this product.

    If you need a fine shredder plate this 3/32" is great. It works great and is well made and was a very good price at the webstaurant.
