I use this cutting fondant at my bakery. It is a great pizza cutter and works wonderful with fondant. Works great for what I am using it for.

talk about easy to work with this item is durable easy clean up i use it on pizza and fondant cutting extra sharp and you wont be disappointed

This small pizza cutter is great for pizzas and other foods like quesadillas and taquitos. The small diameter blade makes it easy to cut things with and the blade does not wobbles from the center like it does with the full-size pizza cutters, this makes the cuts very solid and precise.
