This 13 qt. deep roasting pan bottom is perfect for cooking poultry or roasts. Great for all restaurants, caterers, and other food services.

The pan is constructed of 10 gauge aluminum. It has two, steel reinforced bands and securely welded loop handles for extra heavy usage.

The top cover is sold separately under item number: 407ALRP1824.
