Invaluable item. Large size can be used with any pizza. Using a screen allows air flow without placing directly on a stone making it very easy to insert and remove from oven.

Fairly sturdy screen and is easy to wash. Out of the box we oil them to season then go to town. They typically don't stick after the initially cooking and will last an acceptable amount of time.

I love this product. I don't have a pizza oven, I have quarry tiles lining an oven rack. This really lets the heat through for a great crust!

Solid, one-piece construction. Easy to use. Came by the case, so they were easy to buy as well. Completely satisfied with the product. Will buy again.
