These mitts are huge, but they give you the protection that you need against the hot or cold. I recommend these and use them daily.

these are great for switching between hot and cold tasks. take some hot sheet trays of bread out of the oven and then go into the freezer to do some oranizing and keep your hands warm!

I put these on, they go all the way to my elbow, which is great for grabbing lots of bread pans out of the oven...I've been pulling pita bread out of a 500 degree oven and these have been great!
