With its warm, colorful look the 17 Qt. copper mixing bowl will help you achieve outstanding results. In addition to its elegant look, this copper mixing bowl will hold up to heavy use thanks to its durable copper construction and bronze handles.

The 17 Qt. copper mixing bowl is ideal for whipping egg whites as its generous width allows for a good egg white-to-air ratio. The copper and the egg white react, creating a stable foam. Copper bowls also make for beautiful display pieces for holding fruit and displaying other items. 15 3/4" Diameter and 7 7/8" height, with a 1.5 mm thickness.

Hand-washing is recommended. The exterior may be cleaned and polished with products suitable for use on copper.
