Details

These 16" x 24" quilon parchment paper pan liners are made of 100% biodegradable cellulose fibers with a hard pinhole-free surface. They are infused with a quilon non-stick coating that resists grease and oven-browning. The 16" x 24" parchment paper pan liners are designed for quick, easy release to expedite clean up. The parchment paper pan liners are FDA approved and suitable for kosher foods. Sold 50 per pack.

The pan liners are very economical, and I use them underneath cookies and cupcakes baked in paper souffle cups. I have to wash a lot less dishes, and the parchment helps the bottom of the desserts to brown evenly. Please note that this size is twice the size of a standard cookie sheet and meant for large professional cookie sheets, but you can always get these and cut them in half if you're baking at home.
