The first time I ordered these, they came with like three broken. However, I ordered two cases. The cost per glass was so negligible that to pursue a return on two glasses was ridiculous. The second time I ordered them, everything came in one piece with no problems. These glasses stand up to a lot of abuse: a screaming hot dishwashing machine, the none too gentle caresses of customers and waitrons, and multiple people stacking them when wet, and cracking through a few at a time. Even though we all know what happens when you stack glasses when we (they stick together), people keep doing it anyway. So, we order another few cases, and the cycle begins all over again. These glasses are a true pint. We've measured with a cup measure, and they're exactly what they say they are. They're also clear, with no blemishes or bubbles. Perfect for chilling to serve beers, or pouring in hot tea (as long as there's ice in the cup when you pour the tea in) over ice for iced tea. They're even fine for throwing in a shot or two of espresso over ice for iced coffee.

My first box was thoroughly crushed. Customer service quickly took care of that problem and sent me a new case that made it in-tact. I love these glasses. They work for everything you may need a glass for. From mies en plas to pints of beer, juice, soft drinks, these are heavy duty glasses that we love and use daily.

Good product, great price! They work perfect for the do it yourself bloody mary bar. They can also be put in the cooler and served "frosty"
