This 14" granton edge wide slicer features a safe, no-slip Proflex handle for easy, comfortable handling.

The 14" granton edge blade undergoes a special hardening process that results in excellent corrosion resistance.

Granton edge knives have hollowed out grooves running along both sides of the knife. These grooves collect fat and juices while carving meats, which provides excellent contact between the meat and the blade through the entire cut. Granton edge knives are ideal for use at carving stations at buffet style restaurants and banquet halls.

    One of the best carving knife I have every purchased. I use this knife everyday with my carving board. It is never a dull cut.
