These sheets make every kind of baking easier. Nothing sticks to your pans (not even the burnt sugar that melts off of your pastry), and cleanup is simple: throw the used sheet away, and just rinse the pans with warm water. Not having to cut individual sheets makes pan prep easy. AND, they are perfect for wrapping freshly baked loaves for beautiful presentation. Add a ribbon, and done.

What a great value! Now I don't have t0o clean my cookie sheets between every single batch. I also trace cake pan bottoms and cut liners for all of my cakes, especially our devils food, and now all of our cakes come right out of the pan. I also use these liners to display freshly baked butter cookies in our case.

These liners are not only perfect for the 18 x 13-inch sheet pan, but they also work great in a 9 x 13-inch pan. I especially like to use them when baking brownies, just lift the brownies out by picking up the paper. Makes for easy clean-up!

Nothing makes baking easier than lining a pan with parchment, and nothing makes using parchment easier than having it pre-cut in nice flat sheets, ready to use without the annoyance of having the sheet curl up like it does when it's torn from a roll. These sheets are awesome, and not just for cookies and biscuits - I like to line the rack under meatloaf with a sheet of parchment to keep the loaf from pushing through the wires of the rack.

DON'T BOTHER looking any place else... I've already done that! These are the best for a few reasons; ~ The are not 'folded'... beware of that when the other sites say 'sheets'-- these are flat. ~ They are not rolled either, and you do not have to cut them-- they fit perfectly! ~ Check out the pic I attached-- you won't believe how easy and NOT messy it is to use these sheets to make your pumpkin rolls with! Instead of a powdered sugared towel.. roll them up with a sheets! No kidding, they work wonderfully. There. My secret is out-Haha.. enjoy! The parchment paper liners are a perfect fit for the half size sheet pan. When baking oily foods, the oil will seep through the paper however any crumbs or messy stuff will be stuck to the paper and not your pan making clean up a breeze. I have been looking for this parchment paper all over. Then someone told me to order on line. The first website I opened was The WEBstaurant Store. I was so happy that I found it. The restaurant supply stores around me only have the very large sizes. Since I don't like the parchment on a roll, I sure wouldn't of liked to cut the very large sheets to the size I need. Great for all my baking -- especially for French macarons. The paper lays flat rather than curling up at the edges like rolled parchment does. Only caveat is that they're a bit too big for a half sheet pan and I have to fold the edge a bit.

Love, love these. Now totally addicted. I use a couple a day as a home cook. They fit my sheet cake pans well. I also put them in 9x13" pans and fold corners so that part of the sides are protected. Spray with non stick spray and clean up is a breeze!

For dry baking applications, these are great. For applications with a lot of moisture or grease at high temperatures, not so much. The liquids/grease cook through the baking sheets, stick to the pans, and are a hassle to remove at that point. For cookies, pastries, etc. these sheets do a great job of keeping pans clean and release products well. I would recommended them for dry baking applications.

YOU NEED THIS. Really. While its obvious purpose is to line cookie sheets for baking (and it does a fantastic job of that)it is also very useful for: rolling out pie crusts, cinnamon rolls, cookie dough. Dough doesn't stick to it any more than it does to a plastic mat, and it lies flat, unlike mats that are rolled. We tear it in half and use it in our patty press (not the great one on this website - which I'm saving for!)to keep the pressing plates clean. We move the patty to the patty separator paper and reuse the Quilon. I've also cut it and wrapped cookies, tied with twine or raffia. Very homey looking, if I do say so myself. This is one of those items that - once you have it on hand - you continue to find new uses for. I will always have it on hand from now on.

Although I like to read about Baking, my wife is the one who does the real work. Nonetheless, when I come across an item I think she'd like, we talk it over, and often buy it. Other brands I've purchased came rolled into a tube which made them somewhat difficult to handle. These liners arrived packed flat, shrink-wrapped to a cardboard back. Superior product in exceptionally useful size. I line cookie sheets with it, and nothing sticks, as expected. Other uses I've found for it are to use under aluminum foil for the first 2/3rds of casserole baking to prevent the cheese from sticking. I love these parchment papers sized to fit my cookie sheets. I have silicone mats, but I find that for some cookie recipes nothing beats parchment for a perfect cookie. I re-use, interchange, 2 parchment sheets when I'm baking cookies in a batch. I love being able to gently slide the entire sheet with hot cookies onto another cold cookie pan to cool faster. Then I transfer the cookies and re-use the parchment for the next dozen whilst the other sheet is cooling.

I understand why these are best sellers. I love the flat packing and the precut size is to convenient, so much better than trying to fight the rolls that you get at the grocery store.

While not the thickest or most grease resistant of parchment papers, these pan liners are perfectly cut to fit, release food easily, and can be reused a few times before discarding.

Overall a good product, though these were a little wider than my 1/2 sheet pans. For something light like my amaretti meringues, I just folded long edge slightly to make it fit the pan. Love that these are packaged flat with a cardboard backer, makes it easy to slice open one end of the pack for dispensing and I don't have to deal with weighing down the paper to keep it flat on a pan. Good food release, no loss due to breakage even with really delicate things like the meringues.

I was a little disappointed with these parchment sheet liners. I use parchment sheet liners for my pizza shells that I bake at 475 degrees and these did not work well for that. However, I do use them for breading meats and also when baking cookies and other items at lower temperatures.

I have been buying parchment paper in rolls from the market but they never fit my baking sheets without trimming but these sheets not only fit but go up the sides of the pan just enough to keep the pans nice and clean.They are also durable too I can reuse them five or six times when baking cookies so 100 sheets will last a long time and did I mention clean-up is a breeze just throw them away.

FINALLY... A terrific source for parchment paper! I got tired of the tightly rolled parchment from the grocery store and/or paying more than 20¢ per folded sheet at the local gourmet kitchen supply. I bought 2 packages of 100 (postage was cheaper!), used it for all my holiday baking (I even picked up on someone's suggestion and reused it with cookies), and I am delighted. Parchment paper is the way to go, its cheap, doesn't stick to food and make for quick clean up. I have used this to make home made baked fries with and the paper goes further to help soak up some of the extra oil and water on the fries. The paper has its home on top of the refrigerator and is used often.

This is the way to buy parchment if you are using 1/4 sheet pans. Really convenient just slipping them out of the package...they fit pretty close which is great. I do a lot of cookie baking and they are super and reasonable.

The product was exactly what I was hoping for. The liners are great for baking everything from biscuts to bacon and nothing sticks. The container they came in fist easily next to the half sheet pans in my cupboard and it makes a great holder. The best part is the cleanup only requires a quick rinse or a little soap and water. No more scrubbing. I think the next time I'm going to buy them in a larger Qty. becuase I didn't realize how many I would go through just in my everyday cooking, not to mention cookie season.

These fit my 1/2 sheet pans perfectly. Prevents sticking and makes clean up a snap! I used this for making pizza on a baking stone. Make many pizzas, each on a sheet of parchment then easily transfer them to the stone in the oven (without using a lot of messy cornmeal) to prevent sticking!

These parchment liners are wonderful. They fit my baking sheets perfectly unlike the parchment paper I was buying at the store. I no longer have to guess on the fit.
