this is a very high quility knife for a third of the money. i would recomend this knife to anyone who is a meatcutter like me. i use it every day for everything its awsome!!!

I love this knife. It holds an edge and easy to sharpen. The proflex handle is comfortable in your hand and easy to keep from slipping out of you hand during use.

I ordered two of these knives and am well pleased with them. They are perfect size to cut up large cuts of meat or fight off Pirates. They feel well made and have nice blades well shaped and strong enough to hold up to everyday use. These would make excellent BBQ knives.

THIS KNIFE IS GREAT FOR USING ON LARGE PIECES OF MEAT. I USED IT FOR SEPARTING RIBS FROM A BIG SLAB, AND IT WORKED WONDERFUL!
