I bought this on a whim, not knowing what exactly I planned to do with it. Oh boy, did that change quickly! As soon as I handled it I knew it was the tool I wanted to coax my pizzas into the oven, and around the stone. It takes a deft hand, but I love this tool.

I really like this spatula for bigger sheet cakes but I'd definitely recommend the 10" for most rounds. It does have very nice flexibility which is forgiving like another reviewer said. For the price of these spatulas, just buy all three sizes and you'll be happy.

This was ok the spatula is long but not metallic. It does not stay up on our magnetic strip. It is also to big to really spread icing on our cakes. Depending on the use case this could work for you.

This spatula is serving the bakery well. It's size makes it handle the large cakes easily and there doesn't seem to be a problem with its use on smaller cakes. The spatula is very well made and cost effective too.

VERY flexible and maneuverable. I was expecting a more stiff unit, but this one is considerably more forgiving than I'm used to. It allows you to have more control and I like that. Nice handle and good quality construction.

This product is perfect for icing cakes or other large surfaces. The thinness of this product's blade also allows for some precision in icing products. Comes at a great price too.

I really like this icing spatula because the handle isn't curved. It allows me to get a more precise look to my cake with the handle and spatula part being straight.

These spatulas are perfect for filling large frosting bags. The length allows you to push the frosting all the way to the tip which reduces the number of air pockets.

This is decent spatula, but for me it's was too big and bulky. When you are icing a cake you want your hand to fit well around the handle and the blade, and I prefer the 10".

This is a very good and useful item for anyone to have in their kitchen. It is a perfect item for precoating confections, tempering Chocolate, and so much more. The long flexible blade is also very nice for spreading thicker confections such as nougat out into frames.
