Pan extenders are designed to provide straight sides and insulate the edge of your product from over-baking, eliminate trimming losses, and produce even height, color and texture over the entire surface of the product. Using pan extenders makes every piece look like a center cut. In addition to sheet cakes, pan extenders are used to bake brownies, biscuits, cheesecake, corn bread, fruit cake, pound cake, loaf bread, sweet rolls and cinnamon rolls. This half size pan extender measures 11.5" x 16.25" x 2" and will fit a 13" x 18" half size sheet pan.
