The 10" Lincoln Wear-Ever H4010 HardCoat aluminum fry pan is ideal for those restaurants, caterers, and food services that require and demand a tough, durable pan. This pan is ideal for frying, searing, browning, and sauteing.

Each Lincoln Wear-Ever HardCoat fry pan is constructed of a dent-resistant 3004 series aluminum base, which is united with an anodized surface to create a hardened, non-porous and non-reactive surface for superior heat conductivity and strength.

These elite frying pans are 400% harder than aluminum and are known for their incredible strength. They are also scratch resistant and have superior warp resistance over natural aluminum. Whatever the use, these pans are sure to last.
