Generic, no-name brands are the way to go, especially for things like this. We use these to seperate our gluten-free crust from the deck of our oven, and reduce cross-contamination. We haven't had any problems so far with allergy flares, so this thing does it's job! However - on a conveyor oven like ours, you must be careful. It's so thin that it will slide in between the belt and the end of the oven. The oven person must be watchful!

This is a good screen for making fresh pizzas daily. Very well built aluminum screen can withstand a lot of use and stacks nicely to save space.

These pizza screens are a good economic choice. The price is good and they hold up fine under moderate usage. Heavy usage still offers a decent life span for the price.

These light weight but sturdy screens can be used for more than pizza. We use them to heat and toast subs in the convection oven. This size fits 2 subs at once, easy to clean and store.
