This 10.5 qt. wet heat soup warmer kettle comes with double handled lid, ladle and a temperature knob for fine adjustment.

Its strong design and upscale look makes it perfect for restaurants or home use. The kettle warmer has a 120V, 60 Hz, 450 watt and is NSF Listed. It measures 15"H x 13"W.

Do I need to add water to this kettle to use it?
Warmer kettles like these should never be run without water, as you will run the risk of burning out your element or scorching your food. Inside the well, add about 3 1/2 cups of water before use, and bring it up to temperature before adding your hot food in the inset pan.

    10.5 qt Soup Warmer Kettle 120V

    This soup warmer works great, however, please note the size before you order. It is very large, very round and takes up a lot of room on the counter. You need a deep table or countertop for this item. It's design adds charm to any restaurant serving self-serve soups, that's why I like it.
