The 10.5 Qt. Paderno World Cuisine copper mixing bowl is ideal for whipping egg whites as its generous width allows for a good egg white-to-air ratio. The copper and the egg white react, creating a stable foam. Copper bowls also make for beautiful display pieces for holding fruit and displaying other items. 13 3/4" Diameter and 7 1/8" height, with a 1.5 mm thickness.

Hand-washing is recommended. The exterior may be cleaned and polished with products suitable for use on copper.
