Copper cookware evenly distributes heat and minimizes hot spots for precision cooking. This 1 5/8 Qt. Paderno World Cuisine copper vegetable pan is perfect for heating and cooking vegetables, stews, and other foods over a long period of time. This copper pan comes with a lid to help control heat and keep in moisture. 7 7/8" diameter and 2 3/4" deep, with a 2 mm thickness.

Hand-washing is recommended. The exterior may be cleaned and polished with products suitable for use on copper.
