These pans are great for holding all kinds of toppings and sauces. The quality is great and they wash up quickly and easily. Used with lids they are great for storage!

Great for condiments on my salad bar. I have used them for sauces also. The measurement markings are engraved on the pan for easy product measurement.

I order a couple of these 4" deep 1/3 size food pan in the clear polycarbonate with every order, virtually unbreakable, use for our banana pudding

We use these to store our frosting and it is a great size. The plastic is difficult to get completely clean of grease and the lids don't fit on as tightly as we would like. Sometimes they wobble and topple off the shelves.

we have every shape and size available at the restaurnat, clean very well with soap and hot water, last a long time anf stand up to volume

I have 3 pans like this in one section using for mayo, lettuces, pickles. It works great for my prep table. very easy to clean, durable and will buy again
