A great item to have for keeping cooking utensils in as you are on the line. We just put a bit of sanitizing solution in there and you are good to go.

Perfect for storing fats for sauteing, tools for cooking and plating, and holding small quantites of sauces and soups. Can't beat the price, high quality, just remember to put a paper towel between them when you stack!

I love these bain maries I have always used these for so many applications in the restaurant, sauce, spoons, ice cream etc. They hold up well and look good

Super high quality stainless steel bain marie!! Nice small 1 1/4 quart size is perfect for holding oil or clarified butter for sauteing!! Easy to clean!!

this is the perfect size for setting up my individual competition for my spoons and some cooking utensils. the bain marie is small and easy to carry to as well. i also use as water bath to hold my sauce.

this is a great item to have to store sauces in. it works very well and it is very durable. great to use in a steam table.
