In addition to its elegant look, this copper sauce pan will hold up to heavy use thanks to its durable stainless steel lining and riveted bronze handle.

Copper cookware evenly distributes heat and minimizes hot spots for precision cooking. This 0.3 Qt. Paderno World Cuisine copper sauce pan is perfect for stewing, boiling, and braising. 3 1/2" diameter and 1 3/4" deep, with a 2 mm thickness.

A straight sided sauce pan is ideal for creating and reducing sauces and cooking vegetables. The wide bottom area of the pan also allows for maximum heat conduction while cooking.

Hand-washing is recommended. The exterior may be cleaned and polished with products suitable for use on copper.
