The #12, grater / shredder attachment comes with a disk holder and has a precision-machined, cast aluminum housing. This item is easily disassembled for cleaning, lubricating and adjusting.

It can be used with Hobart and other mixers, meat grinders, food cutters and power drives with a #12 power take-off hub. Disks for this attachment are available in a variety of sizes and are sold separately. NSF listed.
